Gigafactory - France
The project comprised over 16,600sqm (180 tons) of ventilation ducting, including execution and installation services. In accordance with French standards, rectangular ducting up to 1.5 mm thick was used, falling within the tightness classes B, C and D. This ensured a working pressure of +1350 to -900 Pa. More than 30 expert installers were assigned to the project.
The project included over 18.000sqm of ventilation ducting, 23.000sqm of exhaust ducting, 1260sqm of rectangular ducting in 2mm black sheet metal and 3250sqm of jacketing. In addition, over 12,300sqm of insulation and over 550 fire dampers were used. This included execution and installation services. Over 50 expert installers were assigned to the project.
The project included 7240sqm of ventilation ducting, 1500sqm of exhaust ducting, 1700sqm of spiro ducting and 1500sqm of jacketing. The project also included 1500sqm of insulation and over 800 plenum boxes. Execution and installation were provided for both the hospital extension and the refurbishment of ventilation segments in the original building. More than 15 expert installers were assigned to the project.
The ventilation system has accumulated 5400sqm of ventilation ducting, 1200sqm of exhaust ducting, 2500sqm of spiro ducting and 2300sqm of jacketing. The project also included over 1000sqm of insulation, over 600 grilles and over 200 plenum boxes. We provided execution and installation for the entire ventilation system. More than 15 expert installers were assigned to the project.
We executed and installed 4200sqm of smoke extraction ducting, guaranteeing a minimum period of 2 hours of continuous operation, reducing the temperature in the rooms and evacuating hot gases in case of fire. Over 3200sqm of insulation and over 230 plenum boxes were also included. More than 25 expert iinstallers were assigned to the project.

The project also included over 4800sqm of insulation, over 800 plenum boxes and over 1200 grilles. Included were execution and installation services. Over 20 expert installers were assigned to the project.
Clinical Hospital of Orthopedics – Foyer of Fire Bucharest
The project included 6250sqm of ventilation ducting, 3250sqm of stainless steel ducting and 2300sqm of jacketing. Over 5700sqm of insulation, over 450 plenum boxes and over 970 grilles were also integrated. Execution and installation services were included. More than 15 expert installers were assigned to the project.
