The rectangular duct is made of galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel or aluminum-galvanized with section dimensions starting from 100x100mm and up to 4000x2000mm. The minimum material thickness starts from 0.5mm and can reach 1.5mm. The finished product can be manufactured by either punching or welding, depending on the type of material and thickness chosen.

SPIRO Circular duct in galvanised sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum or aluminum-galvanized with diameters from 80mm to 1250mm. Minimum material thickness starts at 0.4mm and can go up to 0.9mm. The finished product is manufactured by jaw forming. We re-shape the spiro ventilation duct by adding corrugations for sizes larger than 200mm.

The ALP type ducting is made of aluminum-plated polyisocyanurate panels in sizes ranging from 100x100mm to 4000x2000mm. The material thickness is 20mm. It is also moisture resistant and has anti-condensation properties.

Flexible ducting is available from ⌀102mm to ⌀406mm and is made from a layer of aluminum on the outside and polyethylene on the inside. It can be uninsulated or insulated with glass wool.

Rectangular smoke extraction ventilation ducts are manufactured from galvanized sheet metal with cross-sectional dimensions up to 1250mm x 1000mm. They are produced using flanging and ensure a minimum of 2 hours of continuous operation at 600°C and a pressure of -1500 Pa. In case of fire, these ducts evacuate hot gases and help lower the room temperature.

Circular exhaust ducts are manufactured from galvanized sheet metal with diameters up to 1000mm. They are produced using flanging and ensure a minimum of two hours of continuous operation at 600°C and a pressure of -1500 Pa. Rectangular industrial ducting is made of galvanized sheet metal, black sheet metal or stainless steel with dimensions that can exceed 4000x2000mm. Industrial circular ducting made of galvanized sheet, black sheet or stainless steel with a minimum diameter of 160mm and can exceed 2000mm. The minimum material thickness starts from 1mm and can be up to 3mm. The finished product is manufactured by welding. Depending on the specific use, the tubing is joined by: welding, flanging and collars or flanges. Industrial circular ducting is generally used for large-scale projects with special technical specifications.

Mechanically protects rectangular insulated duct. Can be made of galvanized sheet metal, aluminum, stainless steel or zinc-alumnium. Depending on the material used, the thickness can vary between 0.5mm and 1mm. Rectangular jacketing can be done by: snap-lock or snap-on overlay.

Provides mechanical protection to insulated, circular duct and equipment in the ventilation or installation system. It can be made of galvanized sheet metal, aluminium, stainless steel, or aluminium-galvanized steel. Depending on the material used, the thickness can vary between 0.5mm and 1mm. The minimum diameter is 80mm. Circular jacketed is made by overlapping the moulding.

Plenum boxes are manufactured from galvanized or stainless steel sheet metal with a thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 1.2mm. They are produced using either folding or crimping techniques. Depending on the specific project requirements, plenum boxes can be round, oval, or rectangular in shape. These boxes serve as connection points for ventilation ducting to various airflow components, including fan coils, grilles, anemostats, and slot diffusers.

Filter boxes are made of galvanized or stainless steel sheet metal, between 0.5mm and 1mm thick and can be manufactured by crimping or sawing. The circular connections are fitted with EPDM seals. They can be fitted with different filter materials.

Rectangular silencer is made of galvanized sheet metal and sound-absorbing material, they can have a section size between 400x200mm and 2000x2000mm. They consist of a rectangular section housing and sound attenuation buffers 50mm, 100mm or 200mm wide.

Circular silencer is made of galvanized sheet metal and sound-absorbing material, they can be between ⌀80mm and ⌀1250mm in size and between 300mm and 1500mm in length. They consist of a circular section type casing and the sound insulation thickness can be 50mm, 100mm or 150mm.

Manually or automatically adjusts airflow using louvers positioned between 0° and 90° within the ventilation system. Made of galvanized sheet metal and aluminum blades can have a maximum size: 1200x1200mm. It can be prepared for servomotor.

Used as end pieces in small spaces, they are used for air delivery or suction. Available from ⌀100mm to ⌀200mm, the amount of air inlet or exhaust can be adjusted by screwing/unscrewing the adjustable cone in the middle of the valve.

They can be wall or ceiling mounted, and depending on the configuration chosen, the grille blades can be: fixed or mobile, inclined at 45°. Available models are configured with single or double deflection.

Pre-laminated mineral wool batts with a reinforced aluminum foil facing and fiberglass mesh scrim can be used for external insulation of rectangular and circular ventilation ducts. Typical thicknesses range from 20mm to 100mm.

The fire resistance is 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 120 minutes, depending on the density and thickness of the insulation material. The product is fixed by spot welding special nails or using polyurethane adhesive.
